Terms & Conditions

1. Who you are buying from. Products on this website are sold by DigiSurf Agency LLC ("the seller", "we"). Contact: hello@crossstitchkitsuk.example.

2. Orders. When you place an order you make an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch your goods. We may decline an order where stock or pricing errors occur, in which case you are refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment. All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely at checkout via Stripe. Delivery charges are shown before you pay: free UK delivery on orders over £20, £5.99 otherwise.

4. Delivery. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours (working days) and arrive within 7 to 14 days of dispatch, within the UK.

5. Returns and cancellation. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods. On top of that, our own guarantee gives you 30 days and a full refund with return postage paid by us - see our Returns page.

6. Our products. Our kits and supplies are craft products for hobby use. Kids' kits are recommended for the ages stated on each product page and children should stitch with adult supervision. Nothing on this site is professional or health advice.

7. Intellectual property. Designs, charts and site content are protected by copyright. Patterns and charts are sold for personal, non-commercial use - you may stitch and gift your finished pieces, but charts may not be copied, resold or distributed.

8. Faulty goods. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If anything falls short - including missing kit contents - contact us and we will replace, repair or refund.

9. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or our liability where the law does not permit it.

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
