We are a UK business and we answer emails Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. If you message us at the weekend we will get back to you first thing Monday.

Before you email, the answer might already be on our FAQ page - delivery times, returns, fabric counts and beginner questions are all covered there. And if you are stuck mid-project, our guides section covers everything from starting a thread to framing the finished piece.

If in doubt, just ask. We would rather answer a quick question than have you guess.
